Trans Pacific

Checked in last night to Peppers Soul. On 49th floor, so great views of the beach and ocean. Out for walk early. Sunrise is at 4:50am because Brisbane doesn’t have Daylight Savings time.

Thanks to Kev and Rochelle, got to go out on a flight in a chatered plane with an instructor. Flew most of the flight and even landed a Piper for the first time. Beautiful day for flying and got to fly along the coast

Cool today with strong winds from the South. Was out yesterday for a drive and walk after some shopping with my fancy jupe bag. Today with winds up, the Blow Hole is blowing

Have a nice cottage with a great ocean view. Only problem is the wifi doesn’t work so we need to wal into town to use the town wifi, which is odd because the town owns the place we are staying at and maintains the wifi.

Good visit with Rochelle and Kev in Wagga. Had Australian’s version of a hot dog on a piece of white bread at Bunnings (Aussie Home Depot). Had great BBQ ribs, steak and briskett. On last morning, we got to take Duke and Summer out for a walk before it got too hot (still 28 C […]
