Day 26 – Sea Day to New Caledonia
Windy rainy day on our way to Noumea, New Caledonia. Have a Captain’s Reception tonight and then dinner at Toscana. Probably spend the day reading and maybe watch a movie
Day 25 – Lautoka and Deserted Island
Great day on an island outisde of Lautoka. Swimming, snorkelling and kayaking Had a bit of a storm on the way back to Laukota as a cold front (cold is a relative term in Fiji) moved through.
Day 24 – Suva, Fiji
River boat tour up to beautiful falls for a swim. Long boats had to work to get up the rapids. Lunch was at a Fijian village

Passed Niuafoʻou (meaning: many new coconuts) Island this morning. It is the most northerly island in the kingdom of Tonga and volcanic rim island of 15 km² and with a population of 650 in 2006.
